You have voluntarily provided us with data about you and we process this data for the following purposes:

- Customer care, suppliers as well as

- For own promotional purposes, e.g. for sending offers, advertising leaflets, Christmas wishes (in paper and electronic form), as well as for the purpose of referring to the existing or former business relationship with the customer.

The data provided by you are also required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we can not conclude the contract with you.

We pass on necessary data for the business process to third parties (customers, suppliers, forwarding agencies). Their data are at least partly processed outside the EU or the EEA, in China and Serbia. The adequate level of protection results from an appropriateness decision of the European Commission under Art. 45 GDPR.
